The ‘Bits&Bobs Tray’ 1.0 are made from Horween leather samples, usually used to showcase the variety of leathers a tannery can offer and then thrown away. Saved from being binned in a shoe factory, I thought they were the perfect size for a small organiser.
Each one features a XEN logo hand engraved in the centre. I decided to keep the original sample sticker on the other side,describing the type of leather it is and the name of the specific colour. A XEN tag has also been drawn onto each sticker. The trays are then held together by 4 rivets in each corner.
