One of my favourite pieces from the upcoming ‘TAG’ collection, a vintage grey leather jacket featuring hand made details, bringing an old jacket to a couture standard.
The back of the jacket features the largest hand drawn blooming flower I’ve sewn onto any piece. Cut from high quality grey suede scrap material, and surrounded by 23 hand sewn silver insects, all facing towards the centre of the flower applied with contrasting XEN yellow thread.
The front features a grey suede XEN graffiti tag on the right side and a matching card holder on the left side, both heavily sewn on. The card holder has 3 silver insect embellishments and a silver rose in the centre, all hand sewn on with contrasting yellow thread.
The bottom of the card holder features a silver clip looped around more of the grey suede with a removable lighter holder attached, also featuring a silver insect embellishment hand sewn into the centre.
Other details on the front include 4 half circle rivets screwed into the end of the collars and on the pocket flaps.
