The first iteration of the XEN ‘SideBag’, created from leather scraps from a shoe factory. Three have been made in Natural Tanned and three in Black leather with different coloured front pockets which are all made from unique leather scraps.
The ‘SideBag 1.0’ silhouette is focussed on comfort and functionality consisting of two main panels, front & back, a large sleeve pocket riveted into the inside and back of the bag. The front features a hand drawn and embroidered XEN logo on a uniquely shaped panel which is also a small pocket for lights, lip balms etc.
The silver hardware, waterproof zip and black nylon straps was used to bring a hiking feel and aesthetic to a traditionally luxury material, fusing both looks allowing the bag to be worn with any look and in used in any environment.
The Natural Tan leather will patina over time, making the bag more personal as it will age with you overtime.
